They are seeking a talented design engineer with an Electronics and/or Mechatronics background to contribute to the design of innovative electronics experiences with electro-mechanical controls.

The company is building a team of specialists to bring cutting-edge products to life. This team will include an engineer with a track record of developing state-of-the-art electronics and collaborating with manufacturers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing electronic systems and products from concept to production.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets business requirements.
  3. Developing and maintaining technical documentation and specifications.
  4. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  5. Participating in design reviews and providing input on design improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Strong background in Electronics and/or Mechatronics engineering.
  2. Experience with schematic and PCB design, including component-level design.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
  4. Knowledge of microcontrollers, including AVR, Microchip, and TI 8-bit MCUs.
  5. Experience with BLE, NFC, and low-power applications.
  6. Understanding of open-source hardware projects, such as Arduino.
  7. Experience with Arm 32-bit processors.
  8. Knowledge of volume manufacturing and DFX/DFM/DFT best practices.
  9. Electromechanical design experience, including magnetic actuators and sensors, optical scanners and sensors, and load cells.
