Lead Brand Growth with JD&Co

We're seeking a seasoned Brand Leader to drive growth and innovation for our high-potential wellness brand. As Head of Brand, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, leveraging your expertise in omni-channel marketing and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the brand strategy, driving awareness, growth, and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Lead creative ideation, managing in-house and external teams to deliver exceptional content.
  • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms.
  • Drive brand growth through strategic Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Build relationships with external partners and agencies to drive brand visibility.
  • Lead on innovation and ensure the brand stays ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand management within a high-growth consumer brand, ideally in wellness or beauty.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing brand strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Expertise in omni-channel marketing, with experience in both digital and retail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving.
