In the role of ERP Transformation Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in the design, execution, and enhancement of ERP systems, specifically Oracle, for our clientele. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be crucial in comprehending their operational needs, offering expert insights, and ensuring the effective delivery of ERP solutions that bolster operational efficiency and foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct Oracle ERP transformation initiatives from start to finish.
  • Perform comprehensive business analysis to grasp client specifications and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
  • Architect and tailor Oracle ERP solutions to align with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Deliver expert consultation on Oracle ERP modules, encompassing Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management.
  • Formulate and implement project strategies, schedules, and financial plans.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client personnel to guarantee effective ERP system adoption.
  • Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth integration of ERP solutions.
  • Execute system testing, data migration, and performance optimization.
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance to ensure peak system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant with a specialization in transformation projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle ERP modules and associated technologies.
  • Experience in management consulting with a focus on practice development and thought leadership.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are advantageous.
