About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Programme Manager to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Connected Technology group, you will be responsible for delivering complex ERP transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end ERP Transformation programmes, ensuring successful implementation and adoption by clients.
  • Manage delivery teams, onshore and offshore suppliers, and numerous senior stakeholders to drive business and societal change.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and collaborative working to communicate programme updates.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, leading the resolution of issues and blockers to ensure programme success.
  • Manage project costs, including baseline costs, tracking, and contingency planning to ensure programme deliverables are met.
  • Coach the organisation and key stakeholders on programme methodologies, benefits, and advantages.
  • Forecast resource utilisation, time, costs, and other commitments required to complete programmes successfully.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering end-to-end ERP Transformation programmes.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP is highly desirable, but experience in other solutions such as SAP will be considered.
  • Experience working with Public Sector organisations within a Consulting environment is highly desirable.
  • A track record of shaping and leading successful delivery of technology, data, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Adept at working closely with business, technology, and data teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record in the management of teams and delivery of projects.
  • Confidence in dealing with complexity and ambiguity, setting direction and engaging stakeholders.
  • Accreditation within waterfall/agile project management delivery (e.g. Prince 2, MSP, APM, SAFe Agile, Certified Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in the use of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA).
