The practice has continued to grow through recommendations and requires an experienced professional to help with the smooth running of the business. The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee a client portfolio consisting of many owner-managed companies based throughout Maidstone, Kent, and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts
- Assisting clients with Personal and Corporation Tax returns and compliance
- Reviewing the work of the Bookkeeping team and junior staff
- Business Advisory work, including onboarding new clients
- Utilizing systems such as Iris, Sage 50, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Preferably qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience
- 5-10+ years of experience within an accountancy practice
- Experience preparing and reviewing accounts and tax returns
- Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable
- Parking and competitive pension/holiday allowance
