Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Employment Coaches, providing coaching and mentoring to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide guidance and support to Employment Coaches on caseload reviews and complex cases.
  • Contribute to the development of the Work Health Programme, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of digital literacy, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and web-based communication technologies.
  • Good working knowledge of the local labour market in the advertised geographical locations.
