Job Summary

Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited is seeking a highly skilled Systems Provisioning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our provisioning team, you will be responsible for arranging network-related services, porting numbers, and organizing kit delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange network-related services, including porting numbers and organizing kit delivery.
  • Request engineering resource and provision, and obtain sign-off from customers.
  • Update internal platforms, systems, and third-party portals.
  • Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, with adaptability to change.
  • Experience of dealing with customers, internal colleagues, and suppliers in relation to progressing and coordinating key components of an order.
  • Previous telecoms and order management experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience of working on in-house systems and a sound working knowledge of Word and Excel.
