About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Porter to join our team at The Bath Priory. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the hotel's public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the reception, lobby, and corridors.
  • Assist with luggage handling, including checking in and out guests, and storing luggage in a secure area.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including emptying bins, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
