Role Overview:

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is in search of a skilled and experienced HR Manager to become an integral part of their workforce. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual capable of managing diverse HR responsibilities, administration, and payroll in a vibrant and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all HR operations, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations, and exit processes.
  • Oversee payroll activities, ensuring prompt and precise payments, adherence to tax laws, and meticulous record maintenance.
  • Formulate and execute HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to both management and staff on HR-related issues, including employment legislation and best practices.
  • Manage daily administrative functions, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Handle the purchase ledger, which includes processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and communicating with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Assist the management team with various administrative projects and tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial context.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and experience in payroll management.
  • Experience in managing purchase ledgers, including invoice processing and account reconciliation.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • The capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • CIPD qualification (or progress towards it) is advantageous but not mandatory.
