Customer Success Membership Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strategic relationships with Enterprise Customers to drive customer renewals and retention.
  • Work with Enterprise Managers to proactively resolve cancellation tickets, saving tickets and relationships, and mentor the team by embodying best practice Customer Success methodologies.
  • Drive customer retention by continuously improving the customer experience and automating the journey.
  • Ensure regular contact with allocated Enterprise Customers and serve as the single point of contact to facilitate, manage, and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Monitor NPS to proactively resolve complaints with Detractors and promote Advocates.
  • Act as a customer advocate within The National College, representing customer needs and feedback to drive product and service improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the renewal process and customer lifecycle management.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and other relevant tools to manage and track customer renewals.
  • Relationship management, time management, management ability, and commercial acumen.
