Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing schools to understand their requirements and showcase how Prospero Recruitment can support them.
- Visit schools to gain a deep understanding of their needs and develop strategies to attract top-tier education professionals that match their requirements.
- Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
- Interview and assess Teachers and Teaching Assistants to ensure they meet the schools' needs and ethos.
- Successfully fill school vacancies on both supply and contract bases, meeting tight deadlines and managing high-volume workloads.
- A proven track record in recruitment or sales, with solid experience in compliance processes specific to recruitment.
- A good understanding of the education recruitment industry, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, with resilience, ambition, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- An attractive base salary with a high commission structure.
