Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Education Sector Recruitment Specialist to join our successful Education Recruitment team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of schools and educational institutions, identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified teaching staff into long-term and short-term roles.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and manage a portfolio of schools and educational institutions


Identify, source, and place qualified teaching staff (teachers, teaching assistants, etc.) into long-term and short-term roles


Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner


Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and client visits


Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate sourcing to placement and follow-up


Ensure compliance with education and recruitment legislation, safeguarding policies, and best practices

Ideal Candidate:


Previous experience in recruitment (Education Recruitment desirable but not necessary)


Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Requirements:


Recruitment or sales experience (education recruitment experience advantageous)


Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential)
