As an Experience Designer, you will be responsible for leading and supporting elements of exciting test & learns across our locations, helping colleagues understand how they work best and how they use the office as a tool to support this. We are looking for someone with a proven problem-solving mindset, experience utilising various research methods such as focus groups, and strong storytelling ability through both presentations and content creation.
