JOB OVERVIEW

Our roles extend beyond merely serving food; we aim to create memorable experiences that guests will cherish. Our Culinary and Hospitality Service Specialists take the initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, ensuring that every guest enjoys their dining experience. Responsibilities include setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and equipment. Each visit is transformed into a unique experience through the efforts of our specialists.

In this role, no two weeks are alike. Your shifts will rotate among our executive lounge, in-room dining, meetings & events, and Lanes of London restaurant, providing you with comprehensive training across various facets of hotel food and beverage operations.

Regardless of your position, certain elements are crucial for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in your appearance and communication. Excelling in these areas, along with other reasonable duties as assigned, is essential for our Culinary and Hospitality Service Specialists to consistently meet the expectations of our guests and our business.
