ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated Breakfast Culinary Specialist to enhance our Food & Beverage Team. This role is essential in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

  • As a Breakfast Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food items, primarily focusing on the breakfast buffet, in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in the breakfast and kitchen areas.
  • Ensure proper storage and allocation of all kitchen equipment.
  • Deliver professional and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Participate in food preparation tasks, including chopping and peeling ingredients.
  • Experience with Micros and Hilton systems is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations, including necessary training.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and promote food and beverage offerings when appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
