We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Student Nurse Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in nursing, with a focus on working with adults with learning disabilities.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based health and social care that prioritizes the holistic needs of service users. They will carry out specific clinical tasks and responsibilities as delegated by registered practitioners.
Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the team to provide person-centered care
- Carry out delegated clinical tasks and responsibilities
- Develop effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
- Evaluate complex information to inform decision-making
- Problem-solve and adapt to changing situations
- English and Mathematics at GCSE grade C/4 or Functional Skills at level 2
- Evidence of recent study to level 3
- Basic IT skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
