Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process sales orders from trade customers both in the UK and internationally.
• Support the branch manager and work with other Sales Coordinators to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
• Utilize CRM software to manage sales orders and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar B2B sales order processing role, including using CRM software.
• Export knowledge beneficial, with training provided for the right candidate.
• High standard of written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
• Good standard of Maths, with attention to detail.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent telephone manner, with a strong customer service focus.
• Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
