Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Arnold Clark in Wigan. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers find the right car based on their needs and preferences
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a 5-star experience for every customer
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
• Sell the right sales package for the customer, including finance and servicing options
• Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet sales expectations and customer experience standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills
• High energy and enthusiasm for sales and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and sales processes
• Full driving license held for a minimum of 1 year
