Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process new and existing lineslips to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process bureau submissions and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with clients and brokers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the insurance market and Xchanging practices and policies.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word to support business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on FCA Compliance requirements and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external parties through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Binding Technician.
  • Experience in producing MRC slips.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of the insurance market and Xchanging practices and policies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
