About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and inspirational Inclusion Officer to join our team at Manor Abbey School. As an Inclusion Officer, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people to overcome barriers to learning, both within and outside the school.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop and implement action plans for children who require additional support.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including Education Welfare and the police, to ensure the well-being and safety of our students.
