Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families.
Requirements
  • Valid UK Right to Work with 12+ months of experience in a similar role.
  • Full CV, including employment history (any breaks longer than 2 weeks must be accounted for).
  • Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children and Adults), registered on the Update Service.
  • Five years of practical reference history.
