Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and service fire and security systems in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and industry standards.
  • Respond to service calls and repair or replace faulty equipment as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and test fire and security systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers and technicians to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fire and security systems maintenance and service.
  • Strong knowledge of fire and security systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
