About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service fire and security systems in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Respond to service calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and execute routine and reactive maintenance visits to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and system performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical background in electrical or electronic engineering.
  • Good understanding of fire and security systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fire and security services company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
