About the Role

  • Gather and verify customer information to ensure accurate data management.
  • Address product-related queries with confidence and provide solutions to customer needs.
  • Schedule customer visits and trial dates to facilitate face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain and manage our CRM database efficiently to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Support the sales team by following up on leads and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Positive, engaging, and confident in telephone communication to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven experience in business development, telemarketing, or telesales with a track record of success.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage data effectively.
  • Experience in using social media for business purposes is a plus.
  • Confident in speaking to a variety of decision-makers and building rapport with customers.
  • Team player with strong customer focus and attention to detail to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive and consultative approach on the phone to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Clear speaking voice and professional appearance to represent our company effectively.
  • Capable of making at least 60 outbound calls daily to meet sales targets.
  • GCSE Level in English and Mathematics is a requirement.
  • IT literate with proficiency in Outlook and Excel to manage data and communicate effectively.
