Role Title: Dental Care Professional - Clinical and Reception Support

Location: Bupa Dental Care, Sale Moor, Greater Manchester

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Care Professional to join our team at Bupa Dental Care in Sale Moor. As a clinical and reception support team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

As a Dental Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Providing clinical chair-side support to dentists, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
2. Undertaking reception duties, including managing patient appointments and ensuring a smooth flow of patients through the practice.
3. Assisting with the decontamination of instruments and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
4. Updating patient records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information.
5. Providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring patients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. GDC Registration and a valid DBS certificate.
2. Experience in a dental nursing environment, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and reception duties.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
