Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage the mise-en-place for the breakfast section, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are in place.
  • Assist the Head Chef with ordering requirements, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are sourced.
  • Train and develop other chefs in the breakfast service, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practice, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
