Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our Same Day Emergency Care Department at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert clinical care to patients in the Neonatal Department
  • Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and audits
