Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery of design documentation and managing supply chain activities.
- Project Management: Oversee project resourcing requirements, manage project tests, documentation, and reports, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for third-party contractors, manage digital tools, KPIs, and dashboards, and expedite tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage emergent risks and issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure project success.
- Education and Certifications: Relevant degree-level qualification or substantial experience, preferably with PMI, IPMA, or equivalent certifications.
- Skills and Experience: Proven experience in programme management or complex project management, strong engineering background, and experience in managing research and development projects.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, ability to build good working relationships with project teams and stakeholders, and a well-organized approach to maintaining focus on deliverables.
- Employed Route: Early finish on a Friday (1pm), 5 weeks holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays, personal pension scheme, death in service life insurance, PEGI Share Scheme, career development opportunities, training and development, and onsite canteen.
- Contractor Route: Early finish on a Friday (1pm) and onsite canteen.
