Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance to lead our Quality Assurance activities at one of our company sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our site operates in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a culture of quality and compliance across the site, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with GMP and GDP regulations.
  • Lead the site Compliance Council process, ensuring that all compliance-related activities are properly coordinated and executed.
  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems, including quality procedures, policies, and training programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring that our site is in compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff on quality and compliance-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations, as well as quality management systems and auditing principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with site staff, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
