About the Role

Savant Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the finance function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for all stakeholders, including management and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure robust financial planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze sales, cost of goods, gross margin, and operating costs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insightful commentary and recommendations to management on financial performance and strategic direction.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate commercial decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a FMCG or stock-based business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build complex financial models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
