As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and well-being.
- Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging customers to achieve their individual aspirations and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, contributing to the overall quality of care and service delivery.
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced care worker or someone who is eager to start a career in care. A Care Assistant, Support Worker, or similar experience is desirable but not essential. We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone.
