Job Title: Electronics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at SONNENBURG ELECTRONIC AG in ChesterNorth Wales. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electronic equipment, as well as the development and implementation of new electronic control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of electronic equipment, including fault diagnosis and rectification
  • Development and implementation of new electronic control systems, including design, testing, and commissioning
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Identification and implementation of opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electronic control systems, including PLCs and software control systems
  • Experience with fault finding and installation of process control equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
