As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, actively prospecting, winning, and opening new accounts to ensure sales forecast and revenue targets are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Prospecting and Sales: Identify and pursue new business leads, and develop strategies to win new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Business Planning: Create and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Continuously improve product knowledge to share with customers and drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to, and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Competitive and Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Problem Solver: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- FMCG Experience: Previous experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications and other relevant software.
