We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tennis Coach to join our team at Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club in Greenwich. As a Tennis Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tennis lessons to our customers, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional tennis service.
  • Comply with the commitments outlined in our Customer Charter, ensuring that standards are maintained as stipulated.
  • Ensure the safety and control of pupils within tennis lessons and enforce relevant regulations applicable to the centre's operation.
  • Actively encourage pupils to enrol on further courses and short courses.
  • Understand and follow our Safeguarding Policy and Procedure & Behaviour policy contained within the tennis product.
  • Record and complete relevant awards in line with expected standards, ensuring that levels are obtained.
