Job Title: Children's Tennis Coach

Jonathan Markson Tennis (Oxford) Ltd is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Children's Tennis Coach to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced coach to lead our junior tennis programs. As a Children's Tennis Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to children of various skill levels, promoting a fun and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver coaching sessions to groups of 4-6 players, focusing on technical skill development and game strategy.
  • Work closely with the Head Coach to plan and implement coaching programs, ensuring continuity and consistency across sessions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players, helping them improve their skills and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a love of tennis among players.
Requirements:
  • Accreditation in tennis coaching (minimum level required).
  • Experience working with children and young adults in a coaching or teaching capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with players, colleagues, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied hours and schedules.
