The Customer Account Manager is a key role within our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. As a Telesales Executive Hybrid, you will be the face of our company, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Manage customer credit limits and ensure timely payments
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and training to maintain a competitive edge

  • Proven sales skills and experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
