Telesales Executive Hybrid Opportunity

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing the company's relationships with its customers. This involves building long-term relationships with a group of customers, meeting set targets, and handling numerous incoming and outgoing calls to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.

The role will operate on a 40-hour per week basis, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working arrangement, working from home on Mondays and Fridays and based onsite at our Letchworth sales offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. One in four Saturdays will be worked as part of a rota pattern, also from home.

The basic salary for this role is between £25,000 to £35,000, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and make effective outgoing calls
  • Generate and increase sales among the customer base
  • Daily contact with key accounts to build relationships
  • Achieve set monthly targets
  • Account Management – Develop existing customer base
  • Credit Control duties
  • Undertake and maintain training as required
  • Manage customer social media requirements
