Vehicle Damage Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at MPJ Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of motor inspections to evaluate and audit estimates before authorising repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate settlements for motor vehicles, directly liaising with our customers
  • Work within agreed time frames and business parameters, tailored to meet the needs of the company
  • Communicate with repairers, business partners, and suppliers to ensure the smooth processing of claims and achieve optimal engineering outcomes
  • Conduct audits to assess repairer performance, providing recommendations on repair quality, costs, and customer service
  • Ensure all work is carried out within agreed KPIs and SLAs and in accordance with our company values
Requirements:
  • Member of either IAEA / IMI / IRTE / ATA / VDA
  • 2 years of Motor Claims knowledge including
