Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in visual or material arts, preferably with a historical focus. Experience in visitor attractions and volunteer management is essential. Proven experience in leading teams to achieve successful outcomes in display changes and related publications is required, alongside a commitment to safety and budget management.
