About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Creative Assistant to join our team at Anderson Recruitment. As a Creative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the creative team with tasks across all platforms, while delivering innovative projects to develop the Creative department and support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Management with pricing strategy and promotional strategies.
  • Highlight opportunities for key items ahead of trading peaks to help coordinate merchandising and ensure the right products are presented to customers.
  • Assist Senior Management on projects aligned with the overall growth strategy of the business.
  • Support new product development, including costing tasks and listing items.
  • Proactively highlight seasonal lines and liaise with Management to forecast working within supplier lead times.
  • Ensure all online systems are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Adapt the website to feature a mixture of best-selling products and new products by liaising with the Design team and Directors.
  • Recommend products to advertise on Ecommerce platforms, testing new products and promoting best sellers to maximize revenue.
  • Support the Creative Manager to ensure all products are listed within all agreed E-commerce channels.
  • Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to adapt designs across products.
  • Sample new products and designs using various machines.
Requirements
  • Hard working and extremely reliable and flexible.
  • Hands-on and enthusiastic.
Working Hours and Salary

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. £11.44 per hour.
