About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Business Planning, Analysis and Decision Support team at bet365. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our budgeting and forecasting tool, while also developing reports to support business decision-making.


Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and reporting in our new tool, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and identify areas for process improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our financial processes.
  • Create and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the production of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve data management.
  • Participate in strategic projects by providing financial expertise and analysis, driving business growth and success.
  • Respond to other analysis requests from various departments to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.


Requirements

  • ACCA or CIMA part-qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or relevant commercial experience.
  • Experience in financial analysis, modelling, and interpreting large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel functions and financial modelling skills.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
