Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

About the Company:

Capio Recruitment Financial Planning is a growing National Wealth Management firm that offers financial advice to families, companies, and high net worth individuals. Our friendly and helpful approach is highlighted by our outstanding client retention rate.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Administrator to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent and provide excellent back office support to our team of experienced advisers.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing an excellent service to clients
  • Processing pension transfers and other schemes
  • Updating back office systems with relevant client information
  • Calling and chasing third-party providers
  • Creating client meeting packs
  • Helping with any ad-hoc queries from advisers, clients, and providers

Required Skills:

  • Willingness to develop knowledge of the industry
  • Organised and hard working
  • Previous experience working within a Financial Planning firm or Wealth Management
  • Good knowledge of both Pensions and Investments
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and other back office systems
  • Industry relevant qualifications desirable
