About Glenshire Group

We are a Scottish family-owned conglomerate based in Fife, with a diverse portfolio of businesses spanning multiple sectors. As we expand our operations to include Pizza Hut, we are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team. You will be the day-to-day captain, keeping shifts running smoothly, customers happy, and team members engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve workstation bottlenecks to optimize efficiency
  • Ensure all products served meet quality standards
  • Oversee effective preparation of workstations for peak periods
  • Follow all restaurant safety procedures and coach others
  • Actively seek information on restaurant financial and customer measures
  • Demonstrate accountability for growing sales

Leadership and Culture:

  • Act as a model leader, providing coaching and guidance to the team
  • Communicate effectively with others
  • Train new team members
  • Oversee team members during shifts
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by learning from mistakes
  • Respectfully coach and direct team members

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Food retail or service industry experience preferred
  • Ability to exceed customer satisfaction expectations
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
