About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director - Groups to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales for the groups and meetings, incentives, and conferences (MICE) segments.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in the MICE sector.
  • Conduct site inspections, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to prospective clients and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to develop and execute integrated sales strategies.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and growth targets.
