About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enhanced Primary Care team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) as a Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner. The role will be based in the Ranworth PCN team and will involve working closely with the North East Essex Health and Wellbeing Alliance to deliver a first-class mental health service to the community.
Key Responsibilities
As a Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological and non-psychological treatments for common mental health disorders. You will work autonomously and be confident in your ability to provide high-quality care to patients. The role will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver a comprehensive mental health service.
