Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Everlast Gyms. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading group fitness classes, providing personal training sessions, and developing and implementing fitness programs for our members.

Responsibilities
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide personal training sessions to members
  • Develop and implement fitness programs for members, including creating workout plans and providing guidance and support
  • Monitor and track member progress, providing feedback and encouragement to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement new fitness programs and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as ACE or NASM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals
