Roof Truss Team Leader

**About Us**

Alexanders Timber Design is a leading manufacturer of timber frames and roof trusses for the house building sector, a key business unit of Glennon Brothers, a leading timber processor in the UK & Ireland. Our company is growing and expanding, with ambitious growth plans ahead.

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced roof truss setter to join our team at our long-established and reputable timber frame and roof truss manufacturing business. Our busy production facility has a high level of automation with well-equipped 3 Axis CNC saws.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, manage staff to ensure productivity is ahead of delivery program
* Work with minimal supervision, with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
* Interpret technical drawings
* Flexible to accommodate shift patterns

**Requirements**

* Previous setting experience in Roof Truss manufacturing
* Previous experience in Roof Truss / Timber environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer**

* Competitive rate plus shift allowance
* 38.75 hours per week, 5 days per week (overtime available)
* Full training provided for trainee applicants
