Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled leader to join our Roof Truss Team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Roof Truss Team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of timber fabrication processes and quality control procedures.
