Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to work with our NHS clients across South West London. As an Agency RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients with mental health conditions
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Valid Right to Work Documentation
- Current registration with the NMC
- Experience working in an acute inpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
