About the Role
We are seeking a Seasonal Performer/Entertainer & Visitor Experience Assistant to join our team at Twycross Zoo. As a key member of our Entertainments team, you will work across the Zoo premises, delivering engaging performances and experiences for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality performances and shows for visitors of all ages
- Work with our Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of events and activities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Assist with hosting children's parties and events
- Contribute to the development of new shows and ideas for Gruffalo Discovery Land
Requirements
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 hours per week, with potential for more hours during school holidays
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and unsupervised
- Confident, friendly, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills
- Punctual and reliable with a passion for delivering brilliant customer service
